Contratto Fernet is a bittersweet Italian digestif liqueur from Contratto in Canelli, Piedmont — produced from the family’s recipes dating to the 1890s. Fernet is one of the most bitter Italian liqueur categories, traditionally drunk as a post-meal digestif.
